Roles & Responsibilities

This position is a salaried, non-voting executive board member of the RPMC that provides comprehensive management and administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the county party. The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to overseeing the ward captain system under Operation Connecting Milwaukee, building out and maintaining an elected official database with ideological identification, promptly tracking meeting minutes from all governmental bodies, maintaining our volunteer and activist databases, responding to external and internal parties regarding scheduling, attending meetings and/or events on behalf of the RPMC, event/training planning and execution in coordination with different committees, and any other administrative related duties the Chairman may deem necessary to the everyday function of the RPMC.

Primary Responsibilities      

1. Promptly training and managing the ward captain system under Operation Connecting Milwaukee

 2. Importing and organizing databases utilized by the RPMC

 3. Managing professional relationships with other conservative organizations

 4. Building out an elected official database and tracking meeting minutes of all governmental bodies for accountability purposes (school boards, city councils, county boards, etc)

 5. Conducting research pertinent to RPMC initiatives     

Above & Beyond Responsibilities     

1. Administrative assistance in the planning of RPMC events

 2. Providing strategic insight into creating voter contact plans

 3. Maintaining the RPMC Official Website (www.mkegop.com)

 4. Work with the Chairman to ensure day-to-day tasks are completed
