RPMC Data Analyst Application

This position is a salaried position of the RPMC that provides support to the
organization by turning voter and political data into an actionable strategy.

The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, managing voter files,
building target universes, creating and applying predictive models, segmenting
voters by geography, demographics, and issue interest, and analyzing contact rates
rates and persuasion outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain voter and political data systems, ensuring accuracy,
integrity, and usability across all departments

2. Build and deliver targeted universes for field, communications, digital, and
fundraising programs

3. Produce regular reports and dashboards translating data into clear, actionable
insights for leadership

4. Support field and GOTV operations with timely lists, performance tracking,
and real-time adjustments

Above & Beyond Responsibilities

1. Develop or refine predictive models for turnout, persuasion, and donor
likelihood

2. Proactively identify strategic opportunities or risks using data trends and
early-vote analysis

3. Train staff and volunteers on data tools, best practices, and data-driven
decision making

4. Integrate voter, donor, and digital engagement data to improve overall
campaign efficiency and ROI
