Guest Speaker: Attorney Eric Searing

Director of External Affairs at the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty. Eric serves as a liaison to grassroots organizations, works on legislative outreach and assists in event planning to expand the influence of WILL across Wisconsin and the country

What is ACT 10 in Wisconsin:

 The law, known as Act 10, was enacted in 2011 and limits bargaining to only wage increases no greater than the inflation rate.  That means that other issues, such as benefits, safety and working conditions, and vacations, are not negotiable
